HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THE DEVICES?

The recommended treatment frequency varies depending on the mode used. The use of device on MFIP mode, UP mode, and RF mode is not recommended for daily use.  We recommend use of these modes one or two times a week.  EMS mode can be used daily.

CAN I USE MY OWN SERUM WHEN USING THE DEVICE?

It is recommended to use the serum and massage cream sold by our store to avoid contacting with products containing alcohol or acidic substances to protect the device.  Using non Artistic & Co. manufactured serums and lotions may void warranty.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY ARTISTIC & CO. DEVICE?

The instrument is not waterproof and should not be washed directly. After use, please use a moist, but soft cloth product with sufficient water. Wipe it lightly and rub until clean. After disinfecting, be sure to wipe it off with distilled water. Put them into the box after the instrument is completely dry.

Always refer to the instruction manual and give the device proper maintenance.

WHAT IF MY DEVICE NEEDS REPAIR?

In the unlikely event that it breaks down, please contact your purchasing salon or purchasing agent.

If the unit needs to be sent in for repair, 

  1. Check that there is a copy of the main unit, AC adapter, instruction manual prefecture warranty, or warranty card.

  2. Check the details of the problem and enter the details of the problem briefly.

    • Repairs are covered under warranty for items purchased less than a year ago.

    • If the product has been purchased over a year ago, there will be a charge. We will provide you with a quote for the cost of the repair.

  3. Please send the product to the purchasing salon or purchasing agent.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT PRODUCT I RECIEVED IS A GENUINE PRODUCT?
